Breaking the Stereotype of Dark Roasts! Indoor Cafe: Bringing You the Taste of Home with Specialty Indonesian Coffee by Indonesian Descendants
RtiTalk 小編7d agoEdited
With so many cafes in Taiwan, why do we insist on opening a shop that 'specializes in Indonesian coffee'?
Because as descendants of Indonesia, we know how good Indonesian coffee is!
In the past, when people heard of Indonesian coffee, they would always think of 'dark and bitter Mandheling'. But in recent years, specialty coffee technology in Indonesia has made great strides, with significant breakthroughs in farmers' cultivation and processing plants.
Starting from following my uncle to major coffee exhibitions for export trade, with the support of the 'Indonesian Economic and Trade Office in Taipei', we saw the Taiwanese market's desire for good Indonesian beans. Thus, we established an import and trade company and created a physical store, Indoor Cafe.
We want to break the stereotype and bring high-quality, unique Indonesian beans to the market that are not readily available. Since many Taiwanese consumers are not yet aware of the charm of Indonesian specialty coffee, we will personally promote it!
If you have the chance, please visit Indoor Cafe. Let us share the most authentic taste of our Indonesian hometown with you over a cup of good coffee!
