[International] Thailand Campus Shooting Leaves at Least 2 Dead, 4 Injured; Teacher and Student Gunman Die

A student opened fire at a school in the northwestern suburbs of Bangkok, Thailand, this morning, killing at least one teacher and injuring four others. The student gunman subsequently committed suicide. Thai police confirmed the casualty figures and the gunman's suicide to Reuters. Among the injured were one teacher and three students. The incident occurred in Bang Kruai district, Nonthaburi province. Police have confirmed the suspect was a student. Photos released by emergency personnel showed students pouring out of Debsirin Nonthaburi School. One image showed a person lying on a stretcher outside an ambulance, while another received treatment from medical staff. According to official data, the school has approximately 3,100 students and 147 teachers for the 2025 academic year. In February of this year, a gunman entered a school in Hat Yai, Songkhla province, southern Thailand, and opened fire, killing one teacher and injuring one student.
