Fines from 45 million to 60 million VND: For illegally established employment service agencies. Financial Guarantee: Employers who illegally charge fees to job applicants will be fined (1 million to 3 million VND) and compelled to refund all collected fees. 🔒 2. Strict Protection of Labor Personal Data Laborers' information and records will be more strictly protected against theft or sale: Fines from 20 million to 40 million VND: For illegal development, sharing, or use of labor data. Fines from 50 million to 70 million VND: For illegal buying, selling, exchanging, misappropriating labor information and data, or falsifying records in employment policies. ⚖️ 3. Anti-Employment Discrimination Discriminatory acts during recruitment and employment (except for specific job requirements stipulated by law) will result in fines from 5 million to 10 million VND. 🏥 4. Severe Penalties for Late Payment / Evasion of Social Insurance Contributions (BHXH) To protect labor welfare, companies that evade or delay social insurance payments will face hefty fines, in addition to making up payments and paying late fees (0.03% daily): Affecting fewer than 10 people: Late payment fine 5-10 million VND / Evasion fine 6-12 million VND Affecting 10 - 49 people: Late payment fine 10-15 million VND / Evasion fine 12-20 million VND Affecting 50 - 99 people: Late payment fine 15-20 million VND / Evasion fine 20-30 million VND Affecting 100 - 299 people: Late payment fine 20-30 million VND / Evasion fine 30-40 million VND (The fines increase with the number of people affected; for over 1,000 people, the maximum fine can reach 75 million VND.
