🏃♂️ [Get Moving for Great Gifts] Sports Department's 'Sweat for Rewards' Kicks Off! Walk or Run to Get Free Healthy Convenience Store Meals
在台的順1d agoEdited
To make 'exercise a daily habit,' the Sports Department is responding to the 99 National Sports Day by officially launching the 'Sweat for Rewards' activity starting September 2026! It doesn't emphasize high-intensity competition. As long as you move a little more each day, you can redeem healthy snacks for free at convenience stores or supermarkets every week, saving you money while gaining health!
📌 Cheat Sheet: Eligibility, Tasks, and Redemption Methods at a Glance
Eligibility: Must be 16 years or older (born before December 31, 2009).
Activity Period: September 1, 2026, to November 30, 2026.
Choose One of Three Tasks (meeting any one is sufficient):
Time-Based: Exercise for 30 minutes or more in a single session.
Step-Based: Accumulate 8,000 steps or more in a single day.
Distance-Based: Walk or run 5 kilometers or more (or cycle 15 kilometers or more).
Redeemable Gifts: Healthy foods such as salads, chicken breast, soy milk, yogurt, or tea eggs (limited to 1 redemption per person per week, up to 14 redemptions).
Partner Channels: 7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, PX Mart, etc.
📱 How to Upload and Redeem?
Simply use the exercise tracking app on your phone (like Garmin, Apple Fitness, Google Fit, etc.), take a screenshot of the weekly task screen (must include date, time, or step count data), and upload it to the official activity website. After approval, you can redeem your exclusive gift at partner stores using the QR code from the website's bonus voucher!
💡 Editor's Note: No need to sweat it out in the gym. Just walking a few extra steps to reach 8,000 steps on your commute can easily earn you a convenience store chicken breast or tea egg. This is such a generous policy, everyone should get moving!
🗣️ Discussion Time for RtiTalk Readers:
What kind of exercise do you usually do (running, cycling, or walking to commute)? Which of the three challenges above do you think would be the easiest for you to achieve? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below, and don't forget to tag your friends to get moving and earn health together! 👇
